Adventure Yoga

This yoga class uses imagination and physical movement to stimulate development in all areas of the child. Join Miss Britt on an island adventure in which students will need to use all their senses in order to make it through this quest! Students will work on enhancing their emotional tool kit with things like breathing exercises, yoga poses, mindfulness, team building challenges, and easy exercises in learning how to focus, Jedi style.
