Start your Saturday morning right with Miss Britt on this Yoga adventure. This class is broken into three parts.
Part #1 – Meet at the pond. Warm up breathing and yoga poses.
Part #2 – Adventure into the woods for a singing hike where we stop along the trail and do yoga poses. We will use our bodies to pretend we are nature.
Part #3 – Relax back at the pond for final yoga poses and closing breathing exercises.
